| Greetings from the University of the Sunshine Coast (USC Sunshine Coast), Australia. Queensland Students Arrival Plan (QSAP)Exciting news! You have probably heard that the Queensland Government has recently announced the Queensland Students Arrival Plan (QSAP). USC has partnered with the Australian and Queensland governments to ensure the safe return of international students to USC’s Queensland campuses in 2022. QSAP will commence in January 2022 and we are all looking forward to welcoming eligible international students back to campus. Specific details about the Queensland Students Arrival Plan are still being finalised and we will keep our offshore students updated as more information becomes available. In the meantime, we have prepared some frequently asked questions which you and your students may find useful.How students can prepare for their return to Australia:Should any of your continuing students contact you about returning to Australia, you can assist them by letting them know what they can do to best prepare for when international students can return to Queensland: Confirm their contact details on USC Central are up to dateHave an active Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) – Students should contact us on askusci@usc.edu.au as soon as possible if they require a CoE extensionHold a current Student visa – If they need to apply for a new Student visa, they should do so as soon as possible We can’t wait to welcome our international students back to campus soon.
